1. About these terms

This website is operated by Shenzhen Fangda Aluminum Co., Ltd. (trading as FandorAlu), Guangming District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Information on this site is not an offer

Product descriptions, capability figures and tolerances on this site describe what we can manufacture. They are not a binding offer and do not form part of a contract. A binding commitment exists only in a written quotation we issue and in the order confirmation you accept.

Capability values are production values for the materials and geometry described. Where a part falls outside them, the applicable limits are stated in the quotation.

3. Quotations and orders

• Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, and are based on the drawing and quantity supplied at the time of quoting.
• Prices are quoted FOB Shenzhen, in USD unless the quotation says otherwise. Duties, taxes and destination charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• Changes to a drawing, alloy, finish or quantity after a quotation may change the price and the lead time. We confirm any change in writing before proceeding.
• Tooling is quoted separately and is charged once per part. Ownership and transfer of tooling are set out in the quotation.

4. Drawings and intellectual property

You confirm that you have the right to share the drawings and models you send us, and that manufacturing from them does not infringe a third party's rights. You retain ownership of your drawings. We use them only to quote and manufacture your parts, and we do not disclose them to other customers.

The content of this website — text, layout, structure and images we own — belongs to us and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

5. Confidentiality

We treat drawings and technical information as confidential by default. If your programme requires a signed non-disclosure agreement before files are shared, tell us and we will send ours before you upload anything.

6. Case studies and references

Case studies on this site are published in anonymised form: client names, part numbers and identifying details are withheld. Figures quoted in a case study describe our verified process capability for that program and are not a statement about the performance of the customer's finished product.

7. Certifications and compliance statements

We do not publish certification marks or approvals on this site unless we hold the corresponding certificate. Serving an industry does not imply certification for that industry. If your supplier qualification requires specific documents, request them and we will confirm in writing what we hold.

8. Limitation of liability

The site is provided as-is. We aim to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every page is free of error or that the site will be available without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Liability for supplied goods is governed by the order confirmation, not by these terms.

Where we link to another website, we do not control its content and are not responsible for it. Following an external link is at your own discretion.

How we handle the information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from use of this site are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Shenzhen, Guangdong, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules in your own country.

12. Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page with a new date. The version in force is the one published when you use the site.
