A Shenzhen Aluminum Factory Built Around One Idea
Our founding team has spent 20 years in aluminum extrusion and 10+ years of machining experience. In 2018 we opened our own plant in Shenzhen around one idea: stop selling machining hours and start selling the cheaper forming route — extrude the shape, then machine only what the tolerance needs.
Two processes, one tolerance conversation
Most aluminum housings are quoted by companies that do one thing well and subcontract the rest. The extruder cannot answer a question about a machined bore. The machine shop cannot change a profile. When a 0.3 mm wall moves during machining, both are right and the part is still wrong.
We built the shop the other way round: the profile and the machining fixture are designed together, in the same building, by the same people who will answer your email. That is why we can commit to ±0.01 mm on a machined feature and ±0.05 mm on the section that carries it.
The result our customers care about is cost. On a batch of enclosures, extrusion plus machining runs 30–50% below the same part machined from solid billet, because roughly 90% of the material never becomes chips.
The work we take on
- 6063-T5/T6 and 6061-T6 extrusion with machining, finishing and inspection in the same facility
- Custom aluminum enclosures for consumer electronics, energy, smart home, optical communication and medical devices
- Extruded heat sinks with integrated fins at 3–6 mm pitch
- Structural parts in 6061-T6 where strength and flatness matter
- Precision machining in non-aluminum materials — stainless steel, steel, brass, copper, titanium and engineering plastics, quoted and managed by the same team
The work we take on, and the work we manage
Two automated 6063 extrusion lines, CNC milling and turning, and 180# bead blast anodizing run in our own plant in Shenzhen. Plating, powder coating, black oxide and passivation are managed by our team and run at qualified partner shops, with the same inspection report either way.
Die casting, forging and stamping are quoted and managed by our engineering team. Whether a given run is made on our own equipment or at a qualified partner shop is confirmed in writing on the quotation.
What we still do not run is plastic moulding and sheet metal bending. Those are not gaps to be apologised for — a supplier who claims every process will subcontract the ones they cannot control, and your part becomes someone else's queue. So we tell you at drawing review which route your part belongs on. It costs us one order and saves you a tooling budget.
At a glance
- Founded 2018 in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China
- Founding team with 20 years in aluminum extrusion and 10+ years of machining experience
- 5,000 m² production floor, 3,000 m² warehouse
- 2 fully automated extrusion lines
- 2,000+ customers served
- Alloys: 6063-T5/T6, 6061-T6, 6005A
Three habits that show up on every order
None of these are unusual. They come from a team that has run extrusion presses for 20 years and CNC machining centres for 10+ years, and they are the first things dropped by suppliers who quote from a catalogue.
We read the drawing before we price it
Wall thickness, tolerance stack, draft and finish are checked first. A quote that arrives in an hour usually means nobody opened the file.
We measure the first article, not photograph it
Your sample ships with a dimensional report so approval is a decision about numbers, not about lighting in a photo.
We say no early
If extrusion will not hold your tolerance, or your volume will not amortise a die, you hear it before tooling, not after.
Certification and documents
We publish one certification: ISO 9001:2015 for our quality management system. That is a management-system certification, not a product approval — it does not make our parts certified for any particular industry, and it is not a substitute for your own incoming inspection.
We do not publish CE, RoHS, UL, ISO 13485 or IATF 16949 marks, because we do not hold them. If your supplier qualification requires specific certificates, tell us which ones and we will confirm in writing exactly what we hold and what we do not.
- We do not publish a certificate we cannot produce on request
- We do not claim quality-system approvals we have not been audited for
- We do not imply medical or automotive approvals from the industries we serve
Guangming District, Shenzhen
Shenzhen is the shortest export route for the industries we serve: one port, mature freight forwarders, and a supplier base for anodizing chemistry and tooling steel within an hour.
