1. Who is responsible for your data

• Project information: product type, annual quantity, application, alloy, finish, tolerances, target price, required delivery date.
• Files you upload: drawings and models in STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF, PDF, ZIP or RAR format.
• Technical data generated by your visit: the page you submitted from, the referring page, campaign parameters in the URL, and standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) held by our hosting provider.
• Anti-spam data: a verification token produced by our spam-protection service when the form is submitted.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics profiles on this site, and we do not embed third-party maps or video players.

3. Why we use it

• To review the part you sent and to prepare a quotation.
• To answer your question and to continue the commercial conversation you started.
• To manufacture and deliver parts if you place an order.
• To keep records required by accounting and export regulations.
• To protect the form against automated abuse.

Our legal basis under the GDPR is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business inquiry you initiated. Where an order exists, we also process data to perform that contract.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us operate:

• Hosting and content delivery: Cloudflare, which serves this site and processes form submissions at the network edge.
• Form delivery: Web3Forms, which forwards the submitted form and attachments to our business inbox.
• Freight and inspection providers where shipping or third-party inspection is part of your order.

These providers process data on our instructions. Where a transfer leaves your region, it relies on the provider's standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

Inquiry records, including drawings, are kept for as long as needed to serve your project and for up to 24 months after our last contact, so we can answer a follow-up question without asking you to resend the file. If you become a customer, order and quality records are kept for the period required by accounting and export rules, which may be longer.

Uploaded drawings that never became an order are deleted when the retention period ends or earlier on your request.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, or withdraw consent at any time. California residents have the right to know what is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.

Drawings you send are used to evaluate and manufacture your part. They are not shared with other customers and are not published. If you need a confidentiality agreement before sending files, ask us and we will send ours first.

Client names in our published case studies are withheld under confidentiality. We do not publish customer part numbers, branding or identifiable product images.

8. Cookies and local storage

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies at the network edge. Your browser may store the page in its cache; nothing on this site writes to local storage to profile you.

9. Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
